Summoned for identity theft, theft

COLFAX—A Spokane man has been summoned for alleged crimes in July which included using a stolen credit card to purchase and steal items from Folsom Ace in Colfax.

Two charges of identity theft and one charge of theft in the third degree were filed against Kelby Krause in Whitman County Superior Court Sept. 21. Krause has been identified as the second man sought by Whitman County Sheriff’s Office in early July.
