Charged for malicious mischief for graffiti

PULLMAN—A charge of malicious mischief in the first degree have been filed against an 18-year-old Pullman man for a graffiti spree in June that left 12 locations tagged with generally vulgar words and symbols. Approximate total amount for removal of the spray paint graffiti is $7,870.

The charge is against Jacob Rider, who would have been 17 at the time of the vandalism. According to the probable cause report filed in Whitman County Superior Court, the offenses occurred the night of June 10.
