Colfax to start school online

The Colfax School board voted unanimously Monday night to start school on time in full distance-learning mode Aug. 31, following the recommendation of the Whitman County Health Department.

With the board’s approval, a 25-page plan was posted on the district website.

The district will begin where it left off in the spring, though with a slate of changes and revisions to the system worked out on short notice in March.
