Charged for child rape, molestation

ROSALIA—A Rosalia man has been charged with rape of a child and three counts of child molestation in Whitman County Superior Court. Charges were filed July 29 against Ryan O’Neill, 36.

According to the court documents, the charge of rape of a child and one count child molestation involved a 13-year-old female. The other two child molestation charges involved a female under the age of 16. Incidents occurred in March and May of this year.

An arrest warrant was issued for O’Neill July 29. Bond amount of $100,000 was requested by the state....
