PAINT CREW GOES TO GARFIELD COUNTY; MOWERS CUT HARVEST ROADS

POMEROY – The Whitman County roads paint crew has been loaned out to Garfield County this week, striping 60 miles of yellow and white lines near Pomeroy. Garfield County will pay a fee for equipment rental and expenses, along with hourly pay for the workers.

Garfield County previously brought in a paint crew from Walla Walla County.

The Whitman County roads paint crew lays down an average of 150 miles per year on its own roads.
