The Palouse Coyotes AA independent baseball team won both games of a doubleheader Thursday against the Mount Vernon River Dogs 12-3 and 11- 9.
Playing at Pullman High School, in the first game, Braden Plummer got three hits and three RBIs to lead Palouse while Josh Greene added two hits and two RBIs. Colin Dreewes also had two hits, including a double.
In the second game, Joey Hecker delivered an RBI-double and Brendan Doumit totaled four RBIs. Greene, Plummer, Hecker and Dreewes each had two hits....
