Ruck to make Colfax visit

Army Master Sergeant Mitch Kriebel is backin Whitman County this week, walking 113.2 miles for the Ruck for the Fallen.

Kriebel, a Garfield/Palouse graduate, had already done walks with a ruck sack attached to honor fallen soldiers at Steptoe Butte, Washtucna to LaCrosse, and Endicott to St. John this week and began today at Rosalia headed for Tekoa. Friday he will go from Uniontown to Colton and then Pullman to Colfax for a 15.5 mile day.

Anyone interested can walk or run along, but no organized events are set for ruck due to state orders.
