Police check 'dying' youth

Colfax Police responded to a welfare check June 17. The reporting party requested the check after hearing a boy yelling for help and that he was dying.

Officer Perry Tate responded and found the middle school age boy was playing a computer game in which his character had died. The boy was wearing a headset and was unaware how loud he had been.
