Wrong way driver arrested

COLFAX – Rebecca Laird, 38, Moscow, was arrested May 25 after Washington State Trooper KJ Pigott observed a vehicle driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Main Street in front of Rosauers.

The vehicle was pulled over. When Trooper Pigott contacted Laird she appeared restless and confused with bloodshot eyes and constricted pupils, according to the arrest report. She was arrested for driving under the influence....
