Traffic stop yields multiple drugs

 


COLFAX – LSD, cocaine, Molly and marijuana were found in a vehicle May 28 after a traffic stop by the Whitman County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Bryce Nebe observed a female enter a car and not put on her seatbelt. When Deputy Nebe pulled the vehicle over, the passenger was still not wearing a seatbelt and leaning against another passenger.

While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, Deputy Nebe observed marijuana on the glove box. All occupants were under the age of 21.

Deputy Nebe was granted a search warrant which was amended three times due to the discovery of different substances.

The search yielded marijuana in smaller bags allegedly for sale, Molly or Ecstasy, LSD, cocaine, a scale and envelopes of money. According to the police report Kylie Colvin, 20, Spokane, admitted all the drugs in the vehicle were hers and she sells them. Also found was a Smith and Wesson .38 revolver.

Colvin was booked into the Whitman County Jail about 5 a.m. this morning on possession with intent to deal cocaine, LSD, marijuana and Molly and loaded pistol in the vehicle.

Also booked was the driver of the vehicle, Immanuael Jackson, 19, for driving with a suspended license and an out-of-county warrant.

Bail for Colvin was set at $50,000 surety or $5,000 cash.
