Injunction moved to federal court, refiled in county

COLFAX - The hearing set for May 18 morning on the injunction filed May 11 by Kevin Akesson of Steptoe against Gov. Jay Inslee was stricken when the defense had the case moved to federal United States District Court. The notice of withdrawal was filed May 15 on the basis the case includes federal claims.
