Watching sports and hosting tea parties are just a couple of the things 81-year-old retired Dolores Haley does to fill her time.

Dolores was born in Colfax, because at the time there was no hospital in Pullman where her parents lived. Her family moved around a lot due to her father's job, taking them to Walla Walla, Grand Coulee and Airway Heights before settling in Lewiston when she was in the fourth grade, where they stayed until after her graduation. Growing up she had one great-grandfather who owned 360 acres by Chambers while her other grandfather farmed in Farmington.
