Colfax – 3 to 6 p.m. – First Thursday, Virtual Reality & Book Sale – Try out a 3D adventure and enter the “Shop Local and Win” drawing for a chance to win $500.

Garfield – 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Crazy 8’s – Get fired up about math. Contact Sarah at 509-635-1490 to register.

Malden – 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. – Kid Hangout – Children of all ages are welcome to come play.

St. John School – 4 to 7 p.m. – STEAM Night – Join for an evening of family fun, science and art.

LaCrosse – 6 to 8 p.m. – Adult Painting – Finger paint a lovely floral scene, $10 fee. RSVP at 509-549-3770.
