Rosalia Garden Club set to meet

Rosalia Garden Club will meet on March 4 at 1 p.m. at the Rosalia Community Church. Laura Fulton is the hostess. Program speaker is Kathy Hutton from Plants of the Wild, Tekoa. She will speak about “Palouse Native Plants.”

Youth Poster Chairman Terrie Tucker will present the Pollinator Posters for judging. First place winners will be sent to the state contest for monetary awards. Garden Club members are preparing for the March 11 Win Wednesday at the library where they will teach students about the need to recycle, reuse and renew. Art sculptures will be made from recycled items.
