Davenport’s AJ Floyd uncorked 31 points for the Davenport Gorillas Monday to lead his team in a 64-38 derailment in the NE District playoffs. The lost sent the Timberwolves to a Saturday loser-out game where they will face the loser of today’s quarter-final game between Lind/Ritzville/Sprague and Chewelah.

Riley McLain led the Timberwolves with 15 points in the tourney opener Monday.

Davenport opened up a 13-7 lead in the first round game after the first quarter and led 39-13 at the half.
