Pullman firm among 'Best and Brightest'

College Hill, a custom merchandise company based in Pullman, was named to the list of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the nation.

Of more than 5,400 nominations, 500 national winners were selected. The 2019 national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners.

The companies selected are not ranked.

The contest considers company policies, perks and employee feedback, along with other initiatives. Companies are recognized for their commitment to employee education and internal communication.

With more than 20 years of experience, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.

“With the war on talent hitting the doorsteps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than it did a year ago. As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.

College Hill was founded in 2011, at WSU, and has since opened a second headquarters in Seattle and The Coug Store on campus in Pullman. They create custom apparel and products for businesses and organizations across the country. They have a commitment to give 10 percent back to charity on all qualifying philanthropy orders.

Nominations are now being accepted for all programs, http://www.thebestandbrightest.com.
