Fair sets theme for the year

The theme for this year's Palouse Empire Fair will be "Wagon Teams to Western Dreams," Fair Manager Janel Goebel announced at Monday night's fair board meeting. Goebel noted they received a lot of nominations for the unique 2020 year, but decided to put them aside because the novelty of the 2020 year will have worn off by the time the fair opens in September.
