Whitman County Coroner Annie Pillers Jan. 28 issued a cause report on the unattended death of Adam Michael Smith, 35, Palouse. She determined Mr. Smith died Jan. 16, 2020, at his residence in Palouse of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Manner of death was determined to be suicide....
