COLFAX MARKS ADU TWO NIGHT

Discussion of a possible change of town code to allow Auxiliary Dwelling Units in R-1 zones resumed again Monday night at the Colfax City Council session.

Included in the handout for the session was a copy of the state proposal to allow auxiliary units in R-1 zones. The state is considering the change to generate more housing spaces to meet demand.
