Cup O' Joe books Duncan Palmatier

Cup O’ Joe on the Palouse will be at Columbia Bank, 795 SE Bishop Blvd. in Pullman Wednesday, Feb. 12, 10 to 11 a.m. Duncan Palmatier, intellectual property lawyer located in Moscow and former adjunct with University of Idaho College of Law, will discuss “The Process, Costs and Value of Protecting Intellectual Property,” as it pertains to small business.
