PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Whitman County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in their Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, Washington.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Whitman County Planning Commission's findings and recommendations for the rezoning of approximately 2 acres owned by Roger and Lana Myers from the Agricultural District to a Limited Light Industrial District located at 3202 LaCrosse Airport Road, just south west of the town of LaCrosse, WA. The existing parcel is located on the north side of LaCrosse Airport Road, just south west of the town of LaCrosse, in the SW ¼ of Section 2, Township 15 N., Range 39 E., W.M., Whitman County, Washington.

Any interested individual may attend said public meeting. Arrangements will be made to accommodate questions and provide responses to non-English speaking residents. Pursuant to WAC 434-335-320 the Whitman County Elections Department will be holding the Logic and Accuracy Test on January 31, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Elections office. This is a pretest of the Whitman County’s tabulation system.

The Canvassing Board of Whitman County, pursuant to RCW 29A.60.160, will hold public meetings at the dates and times listed below. Improvements Project

Sealed bids must be received by mail, recognized carrier, or hand delivery at Endicott Town Hall located at 201 C St, Endicott, WA 99125, until 10:00:00 a.m., Thursday, February 6th, 2020 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of asphalt roadway sections, sidewalk replacement, and associated storm drainage at specific locations throughout the Town of Endicott.

Twenty (20) working days will be allowed to complete the base bid work.

Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Endicott, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
