Snow stops church service

Country Bible Church cancelled worship services Sunday, Jan. 5, due to a foot of snow in Moscow where Pastor Steve Szasz lives. Some of the church members attended services at Selbu Lutheran instead.

Joan Broeckel spent Tuesday to Friday of last week in Boise at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Dominic Lovotti. She played with 7-week-old grandson Leonel.

Homestead Ministries planned a soup bagging event Thursday, Jan. 16, at the Baptist Church in Colfax beginning at 5:30 p.m. All are welcome to come. Soup will be served after the bagging is done....
