Compassion Closet slated on Jan. 18

Macedonia Baptist Church in Colfax will host its next Compassion Closet session Saturday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m. to noon at 1904 N. Oak St. in Colfax. It will start an hour earlier to allow more people to come through.

This is a free clothing and household item giveaway. They have hundreds of articles of clothing in many sizes in addition to shoes, toys, books and household items.
