Noha adds another mat win at Cheney meet

Caden Noha pins Payton Clarke of Snohomish in 50 seconds in his first match in the 195 class.

Caden Noha rolled through the 195-point class at Cheney's Blackhawk Invitational Saturday with a 4-0 mark. Noha downed his first three foes with first-round pins, and then defeated Sam Walker of Mead with a major decision 14-7 in the title match.

Braeden Rogers sustained a loss to Wapato's Juan Alvardo in his first match and then took three wins in the consolation bracket of the 182 class.

The Bulldogs finished with 56 team points in the four-mat invitational which was topped by the Mead team win at 217.5 points.
