Pullman issues call for utility box art

Pullman Arts Commission invites all artists on the Palouse to submit works of art for Pullman’s next utility box vinyl wrap design. The winning utility box wrap will be unveiled during the 2020 Pullman ArtFest. Design theme this year is open.

Deadline for submissions is Jan. 31. The winning artist will receive a $100 stipend.

All entries must be appropriate in size, scale and on material for the outdoor environment, durable and resistant to vandalism, and low maintenance.
