Nelson, Noelle Constance, born Dec. 19, 2019, at eight pounds, five ounces, to Megan and Eric Nelson, Moscow, Idaho. Paternal grandparents are Anne and Carl Nelson, and maternal grandparents are Kim and Ed Suer, all of Livonia, Minn.
