Edith Marie Beddoe

Edith Marie Beddoe, 101, Garfield, died Dec. 21, 2019, at LaDow Court Assisted Living in Garfield.

Born Nov. 17, 1918, to Gustav Adolph Reents and Margaret Johnson, in Siskiyou County, Calif., she attended San Jose State University, earning a degree in education. She taught English, art and third/fourth grades in California.

She was an accomplished watercolorist, avid gardener and loved animals.

Surviving are daughter, Jennifer Snead, grandson Robert Grillo, son-in-law Terry Snead and his son Stimson Snead.

There will be no funeral services.
