Carl Lawrence Draper

Carl Lawence Draper died on Dec. 28, 2019, at home in Spokane where he was living with and assisting his mother, Evelyn Draper.

Carl was born on Oct. 23, 1951, in Colfax to Dale and Evelyn Russel Draper. He attended school in Colfax.

He was an avid book reader. He was proud of his son, Jason Draper.

He is survived by his son, Jason Draper; his mother, Evelyn Draper, and two brothers, Dave and Scott Draper.
