Farming workshop slated in Pullman

“Little things: Big impact,” a workshop for farmers and interested residents in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, will be presented by the WSU Extension Farmers Network, starting at 7:45 a.m. Jan. 15 at The Courtyard Marriott in Pullman.

It will cover research-based insights on managing soil biology, the role of soil microbes in nutrient cycling and crop rotation, soil carbon and diversifying dryland cropping system. Speakers will be from WSU and the US Department of Agriculture.
