Special award winners for the Colfax volleyball season named Tuesday night included, from the left, Justice Brown and Kierstyn York, co winners of best offensive player; Sophie Klaveano, most inspirational and coaches' award; Perry Imler, most improved, and Annalee Cox, best defensive player.

Credits and awards capped the Colfax volleyball season at an ice cream social Tuesday in the Jennings cafeteria. The social capped the season for a first-year coach and a Bulldog team which finished the season with a return to the state show at the SunDome where they finished in seventh after pegging wins through the consolation bracket.

One big footnote to Tuesday's finale was the fact all players at the table will be back to start the campaign next year. Colfax had zero seniors on this years run to the state finals.
