T-Rex, cow at LaCrosse

On Main Street in downtown LaCrosse on Halloween, a T-Rex and cow were spotted having their morning tea and doughnuts on Oct. 31. Eddie Waddell was the cow and Brian Collins portrayed T-Rex.
