First count for Tuesday's general election shows Pullman's $29 million hospital proposal and the county roads levy lid lift proposal both lagging. The first count of the ballots on election night totaled just 3,020 ballots with approximately 4,000 more ballots in the stack to count and more expected to be in the pipeline.
