that the Whitman County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. The hearing will take place in the Whitman County Commissioners’ Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, Washington for the proposed adoption of revisions to: Chapter 9.00 – Critical Areas A complete text of the proposed ordinance is available by contacting the Clerk of the Board at (509) 397-5246.
