that the Whitman County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. The hearing will take place in the Whitman County Commissioners’ Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, Washington for the proposed adoption of revisions to: Chapter 9.00 – Critical Areas A complete text of the proposed ordinance is available by contacting the Clerk of the Board at (509) 397-5246. Any interested individuals may attend said hearing and speak for or against the proposed revision. Arrangements will be made to accommodate questions and provide responses to non-English speaking residents. Upon receiving 24 hours’ advance notice, the County will make arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special groups of citizens, including those who are physically disabled or otherwise impaired.
