Tough as Nails plans benefit

Tekoa-Rosalia cheerleaders helping with the nail sign fundraiser at the Oct. 4 game.

The Tough As Nails youth team has created a fundraiser to further their ability to supply local hospitals with craft and activity kits. With the help of Darryl Theis they are selling construction nails to fill in the logo for Tekoa-Rosalia School.

All profits raised will go to purchasing craft and activity kit supplies for local hospitals benefiting kids with serious and life-threatening illnesses. The sign will be donated to the Tekoa-Rosalia Schools by Tough As Nails.

Their first appearance was at the Oct. 4 Rosalia game where they raised $268. They will be at the Oct. 24 TR-Colfax volley...
