Oakesdale volleyball players Tuesday downed Prescott in three straight to get back on the win side. The match win left the Nighthawks at 6-1 in SE league play after they sustained a loss at Pomeroy in the Thursday round.
Pomeroy remains undefeated and moved to the top of the league with the Thursday win.
They downed Oakesdale 25-20, 25-22 and 25-22. They came back to win the third game after the ‘hawks had battled to a 20-13 lead.
Tuesday, Oakesdale stopped Prescott 25-8, 25-9 and 25-23.
