SAIL class starts in Palouse

Pullman Regional Hospital now offers a twice-weekly SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) class at Palouse High School Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. with certified instructor Holli Parrish. The series began Tuesday.

For adults 65 and older, SAIL includes exercises to improve strength and balance to help people stay active and reduce their chances of falling.
