Search on for driver of vehicle with 1/4-pound of methamphetamine

Deputies are now searching for a Dillon Armstrong, 19, the driver of a vehicle in which one quarter pound of methamphetamine was found during a search early Sept. 11 in Pullman. Sheriff Brett Myers reported the packaged methamphetamine was found in a small safe located in the back of the car.
When officers started their search of the car, they lacked probable cause to arrest Armstrong, and he was allowed to leave the scene before the alleged discovery of the drug evidence, according to the sheriff’s report.
