Livestock Judging Winner

Scarlett McGregor, eight, won the Junior 4H division livestock judging contest at the Palouse Empire Fair Saturday. She also received the L. Clint Luce premier livestock judge award for the highest 4H score overall. McGregor was also the grand champion Cloverbud goat showman and placed 3rd overall in Peewee Cowpokes.
