Fair display at Depot Heritage Center

A display of Palouse Empire Fair memorabilia has been added to exhibits at the Pullman Depot Heritage Center. Jamie Whitman of Pullman, a volunteer with the group working at the center, prepared the exhibit case to remind visitors of the upcoming fair and to show some aspects of the event which will be at Mockonema Sept. 5-8. The exhibit includes past home economics entries, photos of the Palouse Empire Rodeo which where entered in the fair's photography exhibit and fair ribbons. Normal times of operation for the Heritage Center are Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
