LaCrosse gold grads set for reunion

Denise Kendall, Tacoma, spent the weekend helping prepare for the 50th year reunion of the LaCrosse class of 1969. They gathered at the home of Doreen and Tom Riedner, where the reunion will be next weekend. They prepared the shop for the reunion to accommodate the class for dinner and visiting Saturday and Sunday.

Burial services at the Dusty Cemetery were held Saturday for June Sather Broeckel, who died Feb. 8, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. A reception followed at Selbu Lutheran Church with a memorial service conducted by Pastor John Cross with musical selections by Linda Hennigar. A...
