Birthday fête honors Nolan

Friday evening, Jason Nolan was honored on his birthday with a family dinner at Sol Vallarta restaurant in Colfax. Those present included his parents Greg and Gwen Nolan, grandparents Mark and Carol Rubin, grandmother Jeanette Nolan and great-aunt Karen Broeckel.

Rites for June Sather Broeckel will be June 15. Burial will at the Dusty Cemetery at 1 p.m. followed by a memorial service at Selbu Lutheran Church at 2 p.m.

Grandsons Rafe and Tate were weekend guests of Kim and Cindy Pitts. They arrived from their home in Spokane and returned on Monday.
