Pullman man arrested

Formal charges of violating domestic orders, one of assault of an officer and one charge of obstruction were filed in superior court May 23 against Ian L. Moseley, 28, Pullman. Moseley was booked into jail here early May 22 after he was arrested by Pullman Police at a residence on Professional Mall Blvd. in Pullman.

According to the arrest report, Pullman officers responded to a residence on Professional Mall Blvd. late May 21. The report alleged the suspect previously had been ordered to have no contact with each of the two people living at the residence.

The report said Moseley was standing inside the door at the residence and vowed he was not going to be taken to jail without a fight. Moseley eventually walked out of the residence, but reportedly put up a struggle when officers attempted to handcuff his hands behind his back. The report alleged Moseley struck Officer Aaron Breshears in the torso several times with his elbow.
