Mental health first aid training at the Palouse library

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training comes to the Palouse Library on Thursday, May 30, and Friday, May 31, at 6 p.m. During the two day training, participants will identify signs and symptoms of anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses; learn how to respond if you see these signs in youth, friends and loved ones and connect persons to appropriate professional, peer and self-help care.

For more information about Mental Health First Aid training or to register, visit www.mentalhealthfirstaid.org or contact Corey Laughary at 509-878-1509 or via email at corey@palousechruch.org.
