A movement is on foot for the formation of an Interstate Collegiate Oratorical Association, among the schools of collegiate grade in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Thus far the name of Colfax College has not been mentioned in the list of schools entering the association. Colfax college can hold its own against any of the colleges and ought to be represented. One of the alumni of the local institution has written to the Commoner to call attention to the apparent neglect of this rather important matter on the part of the students.
