Colfax baseball team posted two solid wins over Liberty at McDonald Park Tuesday to finish out the NE-South league race. The Bulldogs posted the pair of wins over the Lancers after being iced Saturday by two Asotin pitchers at McDonald.

The wins by the Panthers left them undefeated in league play and in the top slot for the playoff segment of the season.

Tuesday, Colfax topped Liberty 8-1 in the first game with senior hurler Kelan Becker throwing a one-hitter.

The Bulldogs scored all eight of their runs in the second inning.
