Both Asotin teams booked wins in the SE District opener March 20 at Clarkston. The Panther boys rolled up 152.33 points for a big edge over number-two Colfax at 101.5.
Other county teams on the boys side were Tekoa/Rosalia with 40 and Oakesdale with 24.
Asotin girls won with 144, and Colfax placed third with 84. Oakesdale girls booked 63, Garfield/Palouse 13 and Tekoa/Rosalia 6.
