Cattlemen offer scholarships

Whitman County Cattlemen’s Association will offer one or more scholarships this year. The application deadline has been extended to April 15, 2019.

Applicants must reside in Whitman County, be a graduating high school senior (or home school equivalent) who plans to continue on a course of study in an agriculture-related field at a two- or four-year college, university, trade or technical school.

Each scholarship awarded will be no less than $1,000. The WCCA could increase the number of scholarships and increase the amounts.
