Sharon Huff returns to visit family, friends

Former resident Sharon Huff, Anacortes, was visiting family and friends from Feb. 23 until March 4. She attended the funerals of her brother-in-law, Dean Yongue, Margie Huff's husband of Blanchard, Idaho, and Leroy Mattly of Endicott. She stayed a couple of days with Harold and Barbara Huff in Tekoa (an extra day because of closed roads) and a few days with Pat Byers' in Endicott.

Endicott Gun Club held its weekly shoot on Sunday, March 10. Following are scores for the week: Open-Connor Pelissier 25, Eric Johnson 22, Preston Peterson 21; Ladies-Jessica Pelissier 21, Lacey Burke 16, Teri Garrett 13, Nadine Rice 4; Junior-Chayne Aeschliman 22, James Gilchrist 21, Carsten Miller 20, Cyndi Miller 9; Handicap-Chad Aeschliman 23, Connor Pelissier 20; Doubles-Connor Pelissier 20, Eric Johnson 17, Jessica Pelissier 16, Trevor Johnson 16. Twenty three shooters competed in clear conditions at 20 degrees.

Next Sunday will be the final shoot for the winter competition and awards will be handed out with a potluck meal to follow.
