Asphalt oil contract goes to Idaho firm

Whitman County commissioners approved a bid Monday for oil for annual seal-coat road work in the summer. Idaho Asphalt Supply of Hauser, Idaho, was awarded with a bid of $551,746.

Western States Asphalt of Spokane bid $608,125 for a total of 1,150 tons of asphalt oil.
