Colton and St. John – 3:15 p.m. – STEM Fun – Join us after school for exciting STEM activities.

Colton – 6 p.m. – Book Club – Meet new people, have enjoyable conversations and read great books.

Malden – 6 to 8 p.m. – Gal-entine’s Potluck – Ladies night at the library. Great company and yummy food.

Colfax – 7 to 8 p.m. – Map of my Kingdom Play – Great drama and timely topic right here in Colfax. Hear stories of farmland transfers and disputes. Call 397-4366 for your FREE ticket (or by donation.)

Friday, March 1

Malden – 12:30 to 2 p.m. – Caregiver Support Group – Resources and support for those caring for loved ones.

St. John – 1 p.m. – Writer’s Working Group – Share your written work in a safe, positive place. All skill levels.

LaCrosse – 6 to 8 p.m. – Adult Painting Night – Enjoy a fun evening of painting. $10 fee, RSVP at 549-3770.

Malden – 6 to 8 p.m. – Teen Night – Children in grades 6 to 12 are invited for dinner and fun activities.

Saturday, March 2

Palouse – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Get the Most Out of Your Library Card. – Learn a new language, download free books, research your family history and more.

Colfax – 1 to 5 p.m. – Energy Assistance – Community Action is here to help. Drop-in or call 334-9147 for an appointment.

Colfax – Hallowed Harvests: Grainland Art – Enjoy an exhibit by Richard Scheuerman filled with artwork and other items focusing on agrarian harvest themes that date back to the 1500s.

Farmington and Rosalia – Storytime – Come for reading, rhyming, sharing and singing.

The Center – 11 a.m. – Friends of the Library Meeting – Come see what being a friend is all about.

Colfax – 1:30 to 4 p.m. – Sharpen your Photography Skills – Interested but not sure how to get started? Already taking pictures but still have questions? Get help with camera settings, photo editing and more.

Wednesday, March 6

Albion, Garfield and Oakesdale – Storytime – Join us for learning activities, crafts and more.

Malden – 12 to 2 p.m. – Crafters’ Meeting – Bring whatever you are working on and craft with friends.

Colfax – 12 to 2 p.m. by appointment only – Work Resources for Job Seekers and Businesses – Call 254-7357 for an appointment.

Colfax – 1 to 4 p.m. – Open Computer Lab – Adults can come to the TEK Center for a quiet space to work on taxes, job searching, fill out FAFSA, learn a new language with Mango, certify in Microsoft Academy and more.

Albion and Malden – Afterschool FUN-tivites – Please call or check online for specific times and themes.

St. John School – 5 to 7 p.m. – Science Fair – Parents and students are invited for an evening of STEM learning.
